bits4doors are a small company based in the UK importing and bulk buying high quality items at the best possible prices and re-selling on the web. We sometimes sell on Ebay, but usually direct using this website. Most sales are paid for by PayPal, but we are also happy to take payment by cheque. You can see from my feedback on Ebay that my customers are happy with the products and service, although currently most of my sales are through the website, which is becoming better known of late.

So, what's going on here:

• I buy items cheaply from importers and good local suppliers in quite large quantities, and sell them a few at a time. I usually sell one or two at a time, but there are a growing number of traders out there who buy larger numbers. I try to price my items so that trade customers are still getting a good deal, and keep stock ready for immediate delivery. Contact me if you want a lot, but in almost all cases goods are sent immediately.

• I work very tight profit margins, and try to keep prices as low as possible, even for small orders. Some quantity discounts are also available on selected products, to make sure my prices compete well for everyone.

• I sell to anyone. Anyone from DIY enthusiasts to building contractors. You don't need an account. Just pay by PayPal or Cheque and I send out the goods. My paypal account is kev@bits4doors.com. Paypal is a good choice because the fees to me are not high, and they offer protection both to the buyer and the seller.

• Everything I sell is of professional quality. I try to make a profit, but don't expect to get rich.

• This site is quite popular in the UK now, possibly because of the letterboxes, but there's quite a bit of traffic on the finger protectors as well.
